March 2024 Visited "Unagi Miyabi" I heard about it based on the reviewer's reputation, but today's order: Unajyu average (1 fish used) ¥2,798. The eel arrived within a few minutes of ordering (it looks like most of it has already been cooked). The eel kabayaki was not typical of Nagoya.The skin was well-cooked, but the meat was too sticky and soft for my taste.The wine-based sauce was unique and not bad, but I got used to it.
