　こちらは2023年5月に名古屋市西区でオープンされた店舗です。2022年12月に創業された『やきとり　鳥やま』が二毛作営業として始められたラーメン店であり、水と名古屋コーチンのみで炊いたスープを味わえると話題となっている店舗です。
　こちらは初訪問です。今回は看板メニューである『鶏ダシらぁ麺』を頂きます。
　スープは鶏の旨味が詰まった優しい醤油スープです。麺は小麦の旨味を感じる中細ストレート麺です。トッピングの2種類の鶏チャーシューも良いですね。
