名古屋市西区にあるラーメン店、平日の１３時頃にランチ目的での訪問。
テーブル席に案内され、このメニューを注文してみた。

◎ 名古屋コーチンの旨味を最後の１滴まで堪能
◎ ラーメン屋らしからぬ親切丁寧な女将さんが印象的
訪問時の状況や料理の内容を簡単にまとめたので、参考にして頂けたら幸いです。
駐車場は店舗北側にあり、店内はカウンター席やテーブル席が並ぶ造り。
このタイミングで約５割程の客入りだったが、タイミング良く空いたテーブル席へ。
注文後はこの日のお出汁との案内でスープが提供され、香りや脂とその旨味を味わう。
すぐにラーメンが提供されたが、特製というだけあって豪華で非常にキレイな盛り付け。
スープはやはりコーチンの脂やその旨味が際立つが、思っていたより醤油も主張している。
主張しすぎている訳ではなく、絶妙なバランスが店主のセンスだと感じさせられる。
そんなスープをしっかり持ち上げる、細めのストレート麺が茹で加減が良く小麦の旨味も。
２種のチャーシューに、事前情報とは違うカットされた味玉。
最後にランチサービスのミニライスに、残ったスープをかけて頂く。
フォロワーさんの言うとおり、これが一番美味しいかもしれない。
あられが盛られて運ばれている点からも、全てが計算し尽くされている感じ。
ラーメンの味はこの１種のみだが、この界隈へ来たらまた味わいたい。
