I was curious about Cochin dashi Ramen at a Yakitori restaurant in Nishi Ward that is open during the day, so I went there for Sunday lunch. Opens at 11am, arrived 5 minutes early. This is pole position. To my delight, the store opened right after I saw it. There is no ticket vending machine in the store where jazz music is flowing, so you order from the staff. The atmosphere is nice. What I received was the special Ramen for 1,180 yen.First of all, I was served a mouthful of Ramen soup.It was a delicious soup. 3 types of char siu, boiled egg, chinese pork, and nutritious Cochin soup.This is delicious. This is a demonstration of the skills of a local yakitori restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
