お昼のみラーメン営業をしています。
ラーメンには、鶏油の量を調整してもらえます。
メニューは、2種類の鶏チャーシュー、豚肉、味玉から選べますが、味は一本勝負。
最初にメニューについて丁寧に教えていただけます。
ランチ営業しかしてないのにランチサービスで、ミニご飯か、ドリンクを頼めます。
実質終日サービスとなりますね♪
突き出しとして、名古屋コーチンの出汁をいただけました。これに醤油を足したのがスープとの事。
ラーメンの鶏チャーシューは流石専門店だけに美味い。特に炙りはよく味が出ています。
あっさりとして、とても食べやすかったです。
スープは完飲出来るレベル。
それだけでも満足出来ましたが、最後に当方のトラブルに丁寧に対応いただき、ありがとうの気持ちを加点させていただきました。
大変美味しかったです。
