Enjoy the tanrei style Ramen is only open during the day. Our proud soup that has been simmering since dawn.
You can enjoy our soup made with care by our artisans, mainly using pure-bred Nagoya Cochin chicken. Pure Nagoya Cochin is carefully prepared and cooked slowly over time under strict temperature contr |
I had decided to have lunch this weekend, and I was very shocked by the news of Akira Toriyama's death. It doesn't matter here, but I took the subway directly from the morning at the famous station and was the first to open. The interior of the store has a calm Japanese atmosphere with a retro feel. There was a polite explanation of Ramen from the young staff, and I ordered the recommended one for the time being. [B: ◆ Special ramen noodles (1,180 yen) (Lunch service, mini rice)] The soup with Nagoya Cochin broth is very delicious, with crisp medium-thin straight noodles that are outstandingly entangled! There were also two types of pork and chicken with plenty of flavor, and the porridge tasted in a rich soup at the end was the best. I'm glad I went all the way to Shonai-dori. It was a feast.
