今回、仕事で近くまで来た際に立ち寄らせていただきました。
「らぁ麺鳥やま」さん。
夜は焼き鳥屋さんと思われます。
間違っていたら申し訳ございません。
メニューは鶏出汁の醤油ラーメンのみです。
それをベースに味玉にするのか、チャーシュー麺にするのか選択できます。
今回いただいのはチャーシュー麺に味玉トッピングです。
澄んだ鶏のスープに濃いめの醤油を合わせたラーメンで麺は中太のストレート麺です。
鶏の出汁が非常に効いてますが、鶏臭くもなく美味しかったです。
チャーシュー麺のチャーシューは豚、鶏もも、鶏むねの3種類が乗っており、豚はトロって炊いてあり、鶏ももは皮目を炙ったような仕上がりにしてあり、鶏むねは低温調理でしっとりと仕上げてあり、楽しく食べれて、非常に拘りを感じました。
ぜひ、この3種類のチャーシューを味わっていただきたいと思います。
