瓢箪山駅近くにある一軒家の名古屋寿司のお店。
ローカルテレビ番組で良く紹介されているので、行ってみることに。
先代と2代目でつけ場を回していた。
2代目の堀さんは、高浜港駅近くにある「鮨懐石みどり」や「にぎり鮨 一五〇」の店長に若くして抜擢され、その後は海外の高級店で腕を磨いた方。
寿司ランチ (1,420円）を頼んだ。
マグロ、イカ、ホタテ、白海老、太刀魚の炙り、サーモン、ハマチ、紫蘇おしんこ巻き、キュウリでんぶ巻き、太巻き、卵焼きが一気に出た。
毎朝市場で仕入れてきたネタを使っていて、常連さんが多いお店だった。
