自宅から徒歩数分のお寿司屋さんですが最後に訪問したのは5年ほど前の夜。
ある情報から現在は息子さんが大将としてやられているとか…
今回ひとりでランチのオープン時間ちょうどに伺いました。
注文したのは5食限定の
◎3色すみれミニ丼ランチ
炊合せ（ﾓﾛｯｺいんげん•里芋•ｶﾘﾌﾗﾜｰ•ﾂﾐﾚ•生麩）
北海親子丼•カニ丼•本日の丼（マグロ）
赤だし
コーヒーorデザート（この日は自家製芋羊羹）

一番乗りでしたが直ぐに予約のお客さんや、他のお客さんも来店…
先ずは炊合せが提供されました。
優しいとろみの餡を纏った出汁のきいた美味しい炊合せでした。
そして可愛いサイズのミニ丼が配膳され…
いただくと酢飯が優しい味、酢は強過ぎずそして甘過ぎない。甘いのが苦手な私には大好きな味。
そしてだし巻き玉子も、ガリも！甘すぎない！
もうそこがとても良かったです。
お刺身も美味しかったし、少しずつ色々食べれるのが嬉しい。
赤だしのわかめシャキシャキで美味しかった。
コーヒーで締めて大満足。
今度は日本酒いただきたいな
