リンガーハット エアポートウォーク名古屋店 ♯1099
愛知県営名古屋空港に隣接するアピタが母体の商業施設エアポートウォークのフードコートにあるリンガーハットさでんです。
※利用日 2022.11.06※
本日は、空港の施設、あいち航空ミュージアムにお宝を連れてやってきました。
ミュージアムと商業施設は2階通路で繋がっており、再入場も可能なため、昼食はフードコートでとることにしました。
私は、リンガーハットさんで
長崎ちゃんぽん 680円
をチョイス。
ちゃんぽんの内容は、
麺：縮れ中太麺
具：エビ・豚肉・かまぼこ・さつま揚げ・キャベツ・インゲン・玉ねぎ・コーン・ニンジン等7種
と総重量480gのたっぷり野菜が入っています。
スープは、優しく豚骨と鶏のＷスープで、野菜の甘味と相まって優しい仕上がりです。
麺は、低加水ながらもちもちの歯ごたえです。
1日の推奨野菜摂取量は350gとのことですが、480gの野菜が入っているわけですから、とってもヘルシーで重要ですね。
その他に豚肉や練り物も入って具沢山。
ミニチャーハンも注文しようかと迷いましたが、注文しなくて正解でした。
ちゃんぽんは具沢山でボリューム満点でした。
久しぶりのちゃんぽんご馳走さまでした。
