祝日昼13時頃。まさかのお客さん0。ちょうどピークが終わったタイミングとのこと。後から4組の客入り。
限定に弱い私はちょっと贅沢に六白黒豚を注文。通常メニューはソースか味噌かを選び、提供時に注文のソース、味噌がかかってるけど、こちらはソース、味噌、そして塩が別皿で提供されます。
何故かごはん大盛を注文したけど、これは失敗。結構なボリュームでした。。。
まずは塩でカツをいただくと、しっかりとした衣、油の良い香り、歯切れの良い豚、そして豚の旨みと。
この衣、タイプ。食べ物にクリスピー感を求めるタイプなんです。
ソースはコーミソース好きからするとびっくり。自家製ソース=デミグラスソースで、このままハンバーグでもおいしくいただけるかも?ただ、味が少しぼんやりしていて、もう少しパンチが欲しいかも。(コーミソースが頭に残りすぎかも?汗)
味噌も美味しいが、塩が一番タイプだったかも。
この衣を食べにまた来たいけど、通常メニューでソース別皿可能かなぁ…
