北海道標津町出身の料理人がやってます。 |
県道215線(出来町通)沿いにある食堂で「食堂」の文字に弱い私は、気になっていた食堂です。やっと行けました。駐車場も数台完備。北海道出身のマスターが北海道産の食材にこだわったメニューがありました。嬉しい選択メニューですネ♥夜は居酒屋かな？一品料理、酒の肴、つまみ料金もリーズナブル設定。車じゃないと行けないので、飲むならバスで訪問かなぁ？引山バスロータリーの斜め前にあります。私の今日の昼食は、塩サバ定食。薄味の塩サバで、非常に脂がのっており美味しかったですね。白米の量も当方には、ちょうど良い量で何と！懐かしい「日の丸弁当」良いですね～！♥白米も美味かった～小鉢もあり(アップした写真の画角が悪かったです)タクワンと小さなヤッコと味噌汁。ヤッパリ日本人はこれですネ♥なんと！白米、味噌汁はおかわり自由♥♥次回は、北海道標津産のサケ定食ですね。羅臼産のホッケ定食も魅力でしたが、、、値段が、、、多分？でかいホッケでしょうね？
