At Kisoraku, beef individual identification numbers are displayed in the store. Customers can check for themselves the history of today's beef from birth to butchering. The meat delivered to restaurant is stored in a refrigerator under strict hygiene control, and then carefully cut one by one by the experienced owner. He always checks it by tasting it himself. The meat is made to leave a lingering soft and juicy flavor in your mouth, with no tendons or excess fat remaining! Thanks to this, I'm completely obese... One of the key features of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants is the sauce. At Kisoraku, we make a sweet sauce by simmering in a large pot a specially made yakiniku soy sauce from a long-established Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in Owari and grating bright red sweet apples shipped directly from Aomori. It is served on meat and vegetables, and we've even seen people pour it over rice to eat it. The meat seasoned with the kneaded sauce is grilled until fragrant, then dipped into the dipping sauce, placed on top of hot rice, and then wrapped up in the rice soaked in the sauce! The savory smell of the burnt sauce will get your stomach going!
