12:30頃に初訪問です。平日なのに意外とこの時間で入っています。それも自分で釣ってる方が多いですね。注文はせきにあるタッチパネルで行う方式。活きアジ丸ごと海鮮丼を注文します。
10分程すると、私のアジらしき魚をお店の方が網でとっていきます。ところがなかなかありつけません。友人は20分程で着丼しましたが、私は30分程待ち、ようやく着丼です。時間がないと厳しいお店です。
さてアジの他にいくらとサーモンや、ホタテ、トロなどかなり豪華。1500円位の中身ではありません。アジはさすがに身が引き締まっていて活けを感じます。サーモンやトロもなかなかのお味。
ご飯もやや硬めに炊かれていて美味しいです。
これは人によっては利点ですが、ちょっと量が多いかな。
なかなか面白い体験でした。
