愛知県一宮市にある居酒屋、平日の１９時頃に食べログのネット予約を利用して５名での訪問。
１階のテーブル席に案内され、このメニューを注文してみた。

訪問時の状況や料理の内容を簡単にまとめたので、参考にして頂けたら幸いです。
店舗専用の駐車場はなく、店内１階はカウンター席やテーブル席が並ぶ落ち着いた空間。
平日にも関わらず非常に賑わっており、カウンター席は空いていたがテーブル席は埋まり宴会中。
事前に電話で刺身の盛り合わせをお願いしておいたが、乾杯を終えて１５分ほど経ってからの提供。
旬のネタが多く盛られ、特に炙られた太刀魚や金目鯛は脂がのって特に美味と感じる。
マハタや縞鰺など白身も良く、１人あたり１５００円ほどなので充分に納得のレベル。
日替わりのおばんざいからアスパラの焼き浸しをチョイスしたが、これはめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
しっかり焼かれアスパラの旨味を凝縮しつつ、出汁をしっかり吸った美味しい焼き浸し。
良いアスパラが手には入ったら、自宅で作ってみたいと思うほど。
合鴨ロースは妙な甘味が気になったが、黒毛和牛のステーキや牛タンは肉の旨味が強烈。
６年ほど前にも来ており当時も良い評価だったが、料理に関しては確かに良かった。
料理やドリンクの提供スピードは、全体を通して今後の課題でもあるかな。
飲み放題の時間を考慮しながら料理の注文をしていたが、あまりに遅いと不満へと繋がってしまう。
時間を気にする時点で、我々の職業病なのかもしれないが・・・。
ちなみに、２時間の飲み放題で３７杯の注文だった。
