一宮駅から歩いて２０分ほどの場所に２０２４年４月にオープンした焼肉店です、以前も同じ系列の焼肉店でしたがリニューアルオープンというカタチみたいですね、休日の夜に利用してみました。店内はテーブル１０卓ほどに広い掘りごたつ席２卓、それに個室が３部屋といった造り、１６時台と早めの時間に入ったので一番乗りでした。
コチラのお店は「旨いタンから始まる焼肉物語」がコンセプト、焼肉屋ではまずは牛タンというワタクシ的にもすごく共感できますね。そんなわけでメニューは生牛タン、厚切り生牛タン、なが〜〜〜〜〜〜い牛タン、にんにくコリコリ牛タンなどの牛タンメニューが充実、それにもちろん、カルビやハラミ、レバーにホルモンといった定番のお肉に特選和牛かいのみステーキや大判サーロイン、牛刺しや牛ユッケなどの肉刺し、ご飯ものには釜炊きごはんや牛ひつまぶし、肉寿司、石焼ビビンバに冷麺なんかもありました。
その中から生牛タンに縛りタン、なが〜〜〜〜〜〜い牛タン、ハラミと牛タンを中心に注文、生牛タン 生タンらしい柔らかさで旨みもしっかり感じられる、このレベルの牛タンが８８０円はすごくリーズナブルですね。
縛りタンはGWの限定メニューというこお、中にネギを入れて縛った牛タンでコレ好きなんですよね。牛タンに包まれて蒸し焼きになったネギはシャキシャキ感はそのままに辛みもなくなり逆に甘みは増すなどイイこと尽くし、美味しくいただけました。
なかなか良かったので今度はチョット贅沢に特上生タンとかもいただいてみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
