[Hidden restaurant?] We are speechless at the deliciousness of Kamonabe Seiro! Shiitake mushrooms are really amazing! ! The soba noodles are also wonderfully sweet. The gap between the mass atmosphere and authentic soba noodles was also wonderful (^^)

The last day of the first three-day holiday in February 2024 (Monday) I visited Kadotoku here Actually, I wanted to go to another store, but when I casually checked it, it turned out that it was temporarily closed today In a hurry, I decided to ask Mr. Kadotoku, who was visiting yesterday by an acquaintance of my wife and checking it out because it was interesting. It's a store that I decided to visit in a hurry, so I usually do my homework and do drafts, so I don't (^_^;) know much about it due to lack of research However, I still had time before I went Tabelog Check out the reviews of Yara Here, Kadotoku seems to be a shop with quite a history. However, this Tabelog rating and Google rating are not good, and is it not well known? But I feel that it is a moderate store. The 150-year-old general, who has been in business for 4 generations, received the Aichi Prefecture Excellent Technician Award in 2005 and is said to be a "master craftsman in Aichi" (I wonder if his soba noodles were struck by an inexperienced person only in the photo?!). It seems that there are amateurs who say something like that) The shop sells 100% of seiro soba (I wonder if it was rare in Aichi at that time?!), which is a polite one that is made and cut after the order is placed, and it looks good because it is served in a strainer that exceeds 50 cm. In other words, it seems to be a beautiful restaurant A long time ago, it was a very popular store, but recently it seems to be moderately calm. The evaluation is also a gore feeling. Well, on the day. On this day, I visited with three family members As mentioned above, it was a hurried visit, but when I looked it up, it seems that you can make a reservation, and if you don't order 100% soba in advance, it will take a long time to serve, so I made a reservation and ordered it. Reservations are made at 11:30, which is supposed to be the opening time. The location is Cheongju City. It seems that Kiyosu Castle is very close. There is a famous ring running nearby, and there is a road with a lot of traffic nearby, but it is located in a somewhat convoluted place. It was a little like a hidden famous store in a residential area, and I arrived about 15 minutes before 11:30, which was supposed to be the opening time, but it was open normally, and there were customers ahead of me (laughs) There are 4 parking lots in front of restaurant. Looking at the restaurant in front, the right side is a contracted parking lot of an adjacent apartment, so parking is NG. I didn't know how to park it, so I asked the shopkeeper, but he told me politely. The exterior has a very lonely atmosphere. It is not a stately feeling, but it has the appearance of a popular udon restaurant that is common in the Showa era. If you don't have any information, it may be difficult to enter (laughs) I will enter the store The inside of the store is not inconsistent with the image of the exterior, and the atmosphere of a popular set meal restaurant is a little messy. Somehow, this atmosphere is rare in a soba restaurant. There is a feeling that this restaurant serves such proper soba noodles?!! It is not stately, but on the contrary, it feels a little historic. (If you are going to make a new soba restaurant, you should be more particular about the interior now) There were 4 tables and maybe 3 tatami mats. It was like a long vertical store. Let's place an order. However, I ordered it in advance. My wife and I had duck pot seiro (¥1,960) ×2 my daughter had seiro soba (¥1,260) (all soba noodles were 100% soba noodles) and tempusu (¥450). Hey, is 100% soba a little higher than the market price? But the amount was probably large. I thought it was probably because everyone was served together (laughs) Other soba seems to be 28, and it seems to be ¥900 at the cheapest. We ordered in advance, so there was no particular explanation, but the other customers politely explained that it would take 100% of the time, and that 28 would be served immediately. Well, after ordering wait a bit. The tea was self-served. A little later, my daughter's soba noodle soup is prepared, followed by our duck pot. It is properly prepared in a pot and served with solid fuel The ingredients are also provided separately, so it feels (^^) like a luxury The clerk carefully explained, "The lid expands and becomes difficult to remove, so I tilt it, and when the juice sticks, put the meat → vegetables in that order." Immediately throw the ingredients into the pan. But it smells good. I wonder if the clerk is your daughter?! It was quite lively and polite, so it wasn't bad. Some reviews said that the customer service was not good, but I didn't feel that at all, and finally the soba noodles were 3 servings. It is served in a large strainer. Wow。。。。。 This is amazing. It's moderately powerful!! You probably can't tell from the photo, but it's quite large and amount! !! This is very exciting. In addition, the soba noodles were also quite shredded, and 100% of them were amazing, and as expected, they made me feel like a master craftsman. The clerk explained, "The soba noodles are 100%, so please bite into the soba noodles without adding anything and enjoy the taste and aroma shabu shabu. First of all, I bite into only soba noodles and eat them, and the reviews are good, and there are evaluations that are so good, so don't expect too much and it's delicious! When you bite into it, the slightly green scent of soba spreads. It smells stronger than you can imagine, and above all, it is very sweet!! It may be the first time I've felt such sweetness in soba noodles! It was a sweet soba noodle. To be honest, I wasn't expecting it because the reviews were subtle, but I was betrayed in a pretty good way, and it was a little lightly impressed. It will give you a good impression in various ways at once, and your expectations for the duck pot will also increase Anyway, there is a very good aroma wafting from earlier (I'm hungry) When it comes time to shabu shabu soba noodles... Mouthful.... Ugh. Ugh... It's delicious!! This is bad. Insanely delicious!! The very rich sweet and spicy juice is really delicious. In addition, the sweet oil dissolved from the duck gives it richness, the savory flavor from the roasted green onions, and the umami from the shiitake mushrooms The soup that combines these is really, really delicious The most amazing thing is the shiitake mushrooms!! Shiitake mushrooms that are plump and exude tremendous umami and flavor This is too delicious. I've never had shiitake mushrooms so full of flavor!! It was amazing. The taste of the soup is strong, so the delicacy of soba noodles is ruined a little, but the deliciousness of this duck pot doesn't matter. This was fantastic. The duck meat in the lead role was decent. Or rather, the shiitake mushrooms were so wonderful that I didn't leave an impression I finished it in such a blink of an eye The soup was too delicious and thick, but I enjoyed it without stretching it too much with soba noodles. By the way, soba noodles are quite a smooth type. It was a straight soba bath that did not dare to serve toromi. It was pretty easy. I also had my daughter's soba noodles, but I felt that the spicy soup had a unique flavor that was different from anything else. Slightly light taste. The pungency is not strong. I felt a slight sourness, and although I may be mistaken, I felt plum-like. Personally, I felt uncomfortable because it was a little too unique (because the soba came with umeboshi Tempura) Tenmusu has a good amount of salt. My wife seems to have added duck pot soup, but it's definitely delicious (laughs) I'll definitely do it next time (laughs) So I had lunch at a hidden soba restaurant in Cheongju City in a hurry. Oh my gosh... It was a hidden gem It was a wonderful restaurant with a hidden sense of a famous restaurant, even though it had the atmosphere of a popular set restaurant, but the gap of serving such authentic soba noodles was also a wonderful feeling of a hidden famous restaurant Above all, the duck pot seiro was really exquisite There was a gap that I didn't expect, but it was delicious Even so, the (^^) staff were also good people. On the way home, my daughter kindly gave me sweets, and when my wife took one of the tenkasu, the general said, "Bring two" Lunch on the last day of the three-day holiday It was an unexpected and wonderful lunch I felt that it was probably a once-in-a-lifetime restaurant, but it was ridiculous I will definitely visit again It was really a wonderful duck pot soba noodles Ah... It was delicious.
