Food [Juwari Soba]
Juwari Soba is prepared after receiving your order. Based on Hokkaido buckwheat flour, we use only carefully selected buckwheat flour, hand-pulverize, cut buckwheat noodles, and boil buckwheat noodles, then serve them in a large bamboo colander with a diameter of 50 cm. Enjoy the flavor, texture, and taste. *It takes around 30 minutes from ordering to serving, so we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Enjoy the duck meat in a piping hot iron pot. [Delicious way to eat] 1. When the soup stock in the bamboo steamer comes to a boil, add the duck and vegetables, cover and wait for about 5 minutes. 2. Warm the soba noodles in the soup stock in a bamboo steamer like shabu shabu and enjoy. 3. Enjoy duck, green onions, and vegetables while eating soba. 4. You can use the leftover soup stock by diluting it with soba water. (Please ask the staff)
