It is a flat noodle similar to Kishimen. The light flavor is made with salt, soy sauce, bonito, and kelp stock. The rich flavor is made with salt, bonito, kelp, pork rib bones, Ishigaki beef fat, and Nagoya Cochin bones.

Somen Chanpuru with Island Chili Peppers 630 yen Stir-fried somen noodles. "Chanpuru" means champon, which means a mixture. Contains island chili peppers, very spicy!!

Deep fried taimo (taro root)

Taro (Chinuku) is cultivated in fields, but taimo (taro) is grown in paddy fields. It is often used in tiered box dishes and celebratory dishes. It has been considered a lucky charm for prosperity of descendants since ancient times! Taimo is deep-fried and coated with sweet and spicy soy sauce.
