「沖縄料理・華花」は、海部郡大治町の主要街道名古屋津島線沿いにある居酒屋さんです。
久しぶりに妻とお邪魔して、沖縄料理を満喫してきました。
「の～民」沖縄料理は好きですので、近くの沖縄料理店や沖縄本島石垣島などの料理はいただいたことがありますが、華花の料理が一番口に合います。
華花のメニューにある料理は一通りいただきましたが、外せない料理は、「海ぶどう」「テビチー」「ジーマーミー豆腐」「ミヌダル」「ミミガー」「豆腐よう」などです。
それに麺類すきにとっては、「沖縄そば」や「ソーキそば」なども美味しいのですが、最近〆は「中身そば」です。
沖縄そばと生身汁が同時に味わえるお得なそばです。
