We had our first lunch at Kanawa, which is famous in the neighborhood. I've been using it a lot at night. It seemed like there was a memorial service going on that day, so there were a lot of customers. Perhaps that's why I was seated at the counter for the first time. You can see the general's movements up close, and there is plenty of space between you and your neighbor. Private rooms are nice, but counters are also interesting. Well, my wife and I ordered the Cochin stone grilled set meal for 3,500 yen and the stone grilled liver with three types of liver for 1,350 yen. My wife came by bus and on foot today, so we toasted with a medium-sized bottle of Super Dry for 750 yen. It's a bit expensive. I also had a modest lunch with two 550 yen highballs and two 800 yen red wines. . . Also, I don't know if it's included if I order alcohol or if it's lunch, but a 350 yen tip is automatically included. I found the egg and trout sushi to be delicious as snacks. Of course, the main food here is Cochin, but Komaki is also a restaurant that also serves delicious fish. I was also happy that they provided me with three types of liver early. It's liver, heart, and gizzard, but both the cross section and the surface look good. It's hard to miss since it's stone-fired to make it succulent. A good companion for a highball after a long-gone beer. When more than half of the liver was gone, the meal finally arrived. A variety of grilled Cochin comes with sashimi, salad, and accessories. They also have hot spring eggs, so if you like rice, it's a good option to finish off your meal. As I mentioned earlier, the sashimi is fresher and more delicious than usual for Komaki. It has a better balance than being solely focused on Cochin. The main dish, Cochin, is also stone-grilled! I love the way the pink thighs and breasts turn a slightly brownish color that tells you how delicious they are. If Cochin is chewy and has a strong flavor, a slightly heavier red wine will go well with chicken. It's more recommended than beer or highball. It's also a good service that after the meal is served, they finish the meal with a cold dessert. In general, everyone was courteous in serving and taking orders. The beer is a bit expensive, but the lunch menu is worth the price and allows you to easily enjoy Cochin. It's good at night, but it's also good during the day. I plan to use it again. Thank you for the meal! P.S. Enjoy the symbol at the entrance.
