1,000円台のランチメニューもあるが、ランチで伺うには少し値が張るので、ちょっぴり贅沢したい日にいいかも
席はカウンター席やテーブル席、掘りごたつの個室席とシチュエーションによって使い分けできる
注文したのは炭火コーチンまぶし膳
ひつまぶし同様に薬味や出汁をかけていただく
薬味はわさひ、ごま、梅
温泉卵も付いてくる
鶏肉はもも、むね、つくねまぶしの3種類がのっている
ほのかに炭火の香りがお肉に付いていて、食欲がそそられる！
むねは淡白だけどジューシーで、ももは弾力がしっかりしていてぷりぷり
つくねは肉肉しくて柔らかく口の中で崩れた
鶏出汁をかけてお茶漬けにして食べたけど、お茶漬けは鶏をふんだんに感じられて絶品！
食後のデザートとして付いてくるプリンはとても滑らかで一切無駄が無い味だった
レジにいた女将さんの接客も素敵だった☺️
