平日昼、週１回の贅沢 本日は2コイン寿司ランチ
･･･を金曜日の本日昼に頂きました。
昼の12時10分頃訪問しましたが、カウンターには小生と年端変わらぬ？料理をお待ちの3名様と個室？テーブル席に数名の前客様がご来店でした。（休憩時間内に職場に戻れるのか？やや不安）
入店10分程でテーブル席に料理が運ばれ、その5分後に両隣３名様に配膳、遅れること約2分程で小生注文の品が届けられ、ほっとしました(笑)
○ 松ランチ 1080円（税込）
・握り寿司（握り5貫+稲荷1+鉄火2+カッパ2）
・鯖味噌煮（フライ数種との選択）、煮物盛り合わせ、刺し身（トロサーモン）
もずく（温泉卵との選択）
・赤出汁
平日昼時、この辺りで「普通の食事」をしようと思ったら1000円前後は必要なこと暫く前に学習しました。
回転ではない個人寿司店の1000円ランチは、市内他に何店か見られますが、当店は全体のボリュームという点で市内でもかなり上位にランクされるのではないか？最近は食欲増進著しく和の定食では、ご飯大盛が普通になってしまった小生の胃袋も大満足でした(^^♪
一つだけ気になったこと・・・
鯖の味噌煮は八丁味噌系ながら味付け関西風薄味、煮物も海老しんじょうはじめ薄味ながら地元濃い口醤油使用、握りの「玉」は関東風？とそれぞれバラエティーに富みます。
極めつけは温泉卵との選択が可能だった「もずく酢」、山葵の隠し味効き風味良いのですが砂糖多すぎかなりの甘目に感じました。
握り寿司以外は、大将（板長）監修ながら調理は最低でも２人以上の分業制のように感じました。その辺りの塩梅が整えばさらに好感度増すのではないか？そんな感想持ちましたが、この価格でこれだけのお料理頂けたこと満足、ご馳走様でした。
