愛知県春日井市にある和食店「日比野」。
こちらの「日比野」は、現時点で、食べログ点数3.31ながら、食べログ「春日井市」ランキング第148位にランクインする。約1300軒中、第148位である。また、食べログ「春日井市【懐石・会席料理】」ランキングにおいては、第3位である。十分立派だろう。
ランチにて訪れた。
店は、JR「勝川駅」の北東方面にある。駅からは歩いて、およそ22、23分ほどの距離。
店へ到着。そして、入店。靴を脱いで、店へと上がる。丁寧な接客が好印象。しっかりとした対応をされていた。2席ある個室へ入室。畳の上で、椅子のテーブル席へ着席。
メニューを確認。「天ぷら御膳」に流されそうな気持ちを「グッ」と抑え、今回は「刺身御膳」を注文。2200円（税込み）。

普通に美味しいランチを食べることが出来た。「魚邦」のような、強いインパクトをもたらすものではなかったが、盛りとしては全5種類。大好物のホタテ貝柱が含まれていたことは、何よりの喜び。少し甘い採点ではあるものの、これはこれで良しとしたい。
また、特大のうなぎを、数日間にわたり、井戸水でしめ、生からふっくらと焼き上げるうなぎ料理が、美味しそうであった。使用するのは、三河一色産とのこと。加えて、米は新潟県佐渡のコシヒカリ。自慢のひつまぶしに、強いこだわりを示す。
聞くところによると、こちらの大将は京都のあの名店で修行をされているとのこと。今回のような御膳ではなく、本領発揮のコース料理であれば、きっと、素晴らしい体験が出来ることだろう。春は京筍、山菜、桜鯛、夏は天然鮎、鱧、うなぎ、すっぽん、秋は国産松茸、栗、子持ち鮎、そして、冬はとらふぐ、クエ、あんこう、越前蟹と、まさに季節料理。「季節料理 日比野」との店名にも納得をした。中でも、ふぐ、うなぎ、鱧は、こちらのウリのようだ。機会があれば、また訪問するかもしれない。
