食べログ経由で予約して伺いました。
お店の場所は道路の整備された小さな町の中にありますｗ
店内の印象として、焼酎の『魔王』が置いてあったので九州を意識していると確信しました。
今回は以下を断続的に注文。
●お通しのキャベツ(250円)
●串盛り5本(880円)
●希少串3本盛合せ(660円)
●希少白肝串2本(450円)
●アボカド蒸し鶏のワサビ醤油あえ(780円)
●とり天(850円)
●生中(600円)×3杯
提供スピードは他の居酒屋さんと比べてもかなり遅い部類に入ると思います。最低限の人数でやっているのでしょうけど、カスタマーマネージメントとしてはマイナスに働く要素ですね。飲み物だけは早く出さないと。
また、トイレ行く用に置いてあるスリッパが壊れてるのはいただけない。他のお客さんの会話からも聞こえてきましたので１つや２つじゃないのかも。
店内のBGMが2000年以降に中学校を卒業した人に向けられた音楽っぽいですw

ここは私も共感できるポイントでしたので最後まで楽しめました。
店員さんが「串盛り5本(880円)」を出す時に「右から○○、××、△△です」と部位名を言ってもらえるか表示すると視覚的にも気分が良くなると思いますので、これは改善点。
また、「けいちゃん」が何か分からなかったので質問したのですが、「分からない」のままで回答なし。客とのコミュニケーションを大切にしないのかなと感じました。
九州の居酒屋って結構、店員さんとお客さんの会話って多いので、このお店には楽しめる工夫が全然感じられませんでした。
料理の味と価格としてはちょっと高い印象。伸びしろがたくさんあるお店でした！！
