予約2名での刺身階段盛りは、見栄えがよくないですよのスタッフの一言で、普通の皿盛り。それじゃあ、予約した意味ないですよと、交渉。確かに、ホームページに掲載されているようなあれあり、これありではなかったものの、すごく見栄え良くして頂き、早速、友人に紹介。隣りの席では、いくらのわっしょい、わっしょい。どんどん盛り付けられるパフォーマンス。そうそう、私たちの－196℃のトマトも、おいしかったです。
