“Mushikamado” was made in a special size for the rice cooked at the restaurant. Cooked the traditional way using charcoal and a pot. Once you try it, you will definitely be addicted to its fluffy taste.

We have 3 tables of sunken kotatsu seating for 8 people (remove the partitions to create a private room for up to 24 people), and the partitions can be closed for each table, so you can host a banquet depending on the number of people. There are also course meals with the option of having or not having all-you-can-drink, so those who just want to enjoy the meal are also welcome.

There are 3 chairs for 2 people at the counter. Of course, each seat has a seven-wheeled rice bran, and you can eat at the counter while grilling the ingredients at your own pace. The simple, modern, all-black “Mikawa Kuro Shichirin” is a custom-made item.

At our store, we use "Senju Egg", and the feed is limited to the sales destination, with natural minerals added to it, as well as garlic, Oyster shells, and seaweed, and the drinking water is humus rich in minerals. We use transparent mineral water. Fresh eggs are laid by chickens raised with special feed and special drinking water, and the "egg-kake gohan" made with these fresh eggs is exquisite, so be sure to try it!
