Food Finished with cold smoke
This is a smoking method in which smoke is continuously applied for a long period of time while maintaining a low temperature range that does not cause flames. The aroma permeates deep into the ingredients and brings out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest.
Food homemade bacon
Using Mikawa pork, it is smoked for over 10 hours and aged for several months. Our signature bacon has a concentrated flavor created by sea salt, wind, and smoke. I also use it in many single dishes such as carbonara, pizza, and salads.
Food homemade pizza
This is a special pizza made with homemade dough made by a pizza chef. The chewy dough is topped with carefully selected ingredients and carefully baked. During the course, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat homemade pizza.
Drinkrich drinks
We have a wide variety of drinks available. We recommend wine or whiskey that goes well with smoking. We always have about 10 types of wine by the glass and 20 types of shot whiskey available at all times. We also have many non-alcoholic cocktails available.
