Ebisu Rakuen Table was located at the entrance to the castle town of Inuyama Castle! Ebisu Rakuen Table, which serves dipping bread stew, is also available locally and it was delicious. I didn't know it had opened in Inuyama... Parking is available a little ways away on the north side across the street. The dipping bread stew lunch includes your choice of stew, fluffy white bread delivered directly, today's hors d'oeuvre, seasonal mason jar salad, and a drink bar. You can also get a dessert (YUKIYAMA) with the YUKIYAMA set. ● Soft-boiled egg and round meat stew 1,420 yen ● Simmered Hamburg stew 1,420 yen ● YUKIYAMA mango (limited time only) 850 yen First, pour yourself a drink at the drink bar. After a while, the seasonal mason jar salad and today's hors d'oeuvre are served. Shake the mason jar and put it on a plate... Today's hors d'oeuvre is pickled nanban. We wait for the main course to arrive while enjoying the salad. The main course is served in a Staub pot. The lid is opened immediately. A well-cooked stew is served. We eat it by tearing off pieces of fluffy white bread, which is delivered directly from the factory every morning, and dipping it in the stew. The round meat stew is a delicious meat stew with a hint of tomato. The soft-boiled egg makes it mellow. It goes perfectly with bread. The thickly simmered Hamburg stew is also very tasty, with a demi-glace sauce and fresh cream. The YUKIYAMA mango dessert is made by pouring water over dry ice, and the smoke that vaporizes adds to the coolness. It is a delicious dessert with plenty of mango and waffles. It was very delicious.
