愛知県春日井市にある「海鮮処 兄弟 1丁目店」。

ランチにて訪れた。
店は、JR「春日井駅」の北方面にある。駅からは、およそ2.2kmほどの距離。人気ラーメン店「麺者すぐれ」に近い。
店へ到着。そして、入店。開店時間は1100～。休日の1114の時点で、先客は無し。1130を過ぎた頃から、3組の来客。穏やかな客入りであった。カウンターへ着席。奥に長い店内。
メニューを確認。今回は「丼ランチ」を注文。1738円（税込み）。酢飯か普通かを選択。本日は酢飯を指定。PayPayでの支払いに対応。

美味しい海鮮丼とエビフライを食べることが出来た。
少し待って到着した海鮮丼。見た目のインパクトは乏しく、決して、心が踊ることは無い。「普通」の印象を受け、主張感の薄いもの。厚切りでもなく、デカネタでもないが、それでも、味自体は合格。素晴らしい。私の苦手食材であるイクラを含め、魚介類としては、9種類という贅沢丼を、あおさ汁とともに味わった。
あとは、たった1切れのサワラの炙りに関し、どこか寂しさを感じるミニサイズではなく、せめて一口サイズであればと思う。それが困難であれば、いっそのこと、無しでも構わない。出し惜しむぐらいなら、出さなくて良い。プロの料理人として、威厳とプライド、そして、心意気が現れる部分だろう。
これからの頑張りにより、まだまだ客数を増やすことの出来る実力店。新鮮なネタを使用した海鮮丼や、ボリューム十分の定食が魅力の評判店。機会があれば、また訪問したい。
