Kaida Plateau in Nagano Prefecture is one of Japan's leading soba producing areas. Our homegrown farm is also located in Kaida Plateau, Shinshu, an area with which we have ties. The conditions are perfect for growing vegetables and soba, such as the blessings of God such as clear air, temperature differences, and the blessings of the majestic Utaki and soft water. We offer ``Shinshu Kaida Soba,'' which is also a soba restaurant. Please feel free to enjoy highland soba in Kasugai. At our restaurant, we have separate pots for boiling soba noodles and pots for boiling udon, kishimen, and chilled barley from the perspective of allergies. Even if you are allergic to soba, we hope you can enjoy our special kishimen and udon noodles. I use stewed noodles that are not too hard but have a firm texture. This is a product that has many fans. If you would like softer eyes, please let the staff know. The kishimen noodles are wide and go down easily, and the noodles are smooth. Please give it a try.

Some of our vegetables are sourced from our home-grown farm in Kaida Kogen, Nagano Prefecture. Some of the seasonal vegetables grown at our home-grown farm are also sold at our stores. We have Chinese cabbage, corn, radish, cabbage, carrots, etc. Enjoy delicious vegetables such as tomatoes at our store ♪

We have a home-grown farm in Kaida Kogen, Nagano Prefecture, where you can enjoy delicious vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, corn, radish, cabbage, carrots, and tomatoes.
