オープンから間もないためか盛況。
平日のこの時間で20名はいただろうか。
席自体は50名は入れそう。
干物を選び受付に渡すと15分程度で定食として提供される。
干物（¥400〜1000）＋定食（¥350）
定食は白米250g、味噌汁、小鉢（選択制）
アジ（¥650）を選択したのでちょうど¥1000
コスパが良いとは言えないが焼きたての干物は美味い。
卓上に干物タレが常備。
あっさり目のタレなので醤油を付け足す。
うむ。白米が進む懐かしい味だ。
小鉢で選択できる大根おろしはマスト。
小鉢として生卵＋味付け海苔も選択できる。
溶いた卵に干物タレを少々。
うっかり干物を超えるものを作ってしまった…笑
味噌汁も出汁が入っているのだろう。
塩味以上に旨味が強い。ガツガツ米を食いたくなる。
休日に来るほどでもないがたまには良い。

肉や揚げ物ラーメンばかりなので
たまには健康志向でと訪問。
ところがどっこい大満足。
干物を焼いただけなのに
旨みとジューシーさが爆発している。
アジとサバを頼んだが、特にサバが美味い。
（写真はアジです。ごめんなさい）
そこらへんの弁当に入っている
パサパサのサバではない。
ふっくらしていて箸でスッと切れ、
食べてもフワフワジューシー。
焼魚が苦手な子供でも間違いなく
喜んでご飯をモリモリ食べる。
サバは半身で¥400。定食にすると＋¥350。
¥280の出汁巻きもボリューム十分。
2人で分ければ¥140だから
一人当たり¥890…これはコスパ高い。
家近いし週一で通います。
