好きなお店が近所に進出。ひたすら嬉しい。

家族と朝食で伺う。
好きな魚料理のお店のひとつ｢ヒモノ食堂｣様。
今までは四日市または鈴鹿まで行く必要がありましたが、昨年扶桑に新店舗がオープン。
扱う魚も味も従来の店舗と全く同じ。
何よりも高速料金が要らず、実家～店舗までの所用時間が激減するのが嬉し過ぎる。
週末実家へ帰ったついでに訪問。
今回は下記を注文。
◯昆布さば(定食)
◯銀だらカマ(単品)
◯サーモンハラス(定食)
・大根おろし
・豚汁(+¥100)
僕はサーモンハラス定食と味噌汁→豚汁に変更。
ひとつだけ無料で選べる小鉢は大根おろし。
銀だらカマは単品をシェア。
相変わらず脂の乗りと火加減が素晴らしい。銀だらは丁度良い塩味。サーモンはお米と一緒だと少々薄味だったのでテーブルに置いてあるタレを少し足して絶妙な塩梅になった。
また伺います。

2023年5月某日
家族と伺う。
四日市本店、鈴鹿店を含めると10回目前後の訪問。
お店は先客で混雑していたけど、待ち客の対応が非常に上手くストレスなく待つ事ができた。
今回は下記を注文。
◯カマス定食
◯鮭おにぎり(テイクアウト、写真撮り忘れ)
いつもサーモンか昆布サバばかりなので、カマスにしてみた。
家族が注文したサーモンやホッケより脂は控えめだけど、身に旨みが凝縮されていた。
夕食用に鮭おにぎりをテイクアウト。
サーモンハラスがたっぷり入っていて食べ応え抜群。冷めていても美味しかった。
車で遠出する時は、携帯食に是非買っていこうと思った。
