GWの終盤に、朝-昼食を兼ねて行って来ました。
朝９時に到着しました。
四人がけテーブルが22卓ある中、既に16卓が埋まっていました。
入り口の干物の陳列棚から、連れ合いと大きめのサバ650 円とシマホッケ650円を選びカウンターに向かいます。
みそ汁をプラス100円で豚汁に変更して、サバ定食もホッケ定食は両方とも1,080円です。
だし巻き玉子280円を追加します。焼き上がり時に小鉢の大根おろし120円も追加しました。
焼き上がりまで15分程度とのことです。
のんびり店内を見回すと、厨房でテキパキ働かれる３人で全て行われているようです。
程なく番号が呼ばれます。
身はふっくら皮はパリッと焼かれた大きな干物です。焼きたてで小骨も気になりません。
塩気もいい加減で美味しいです。干物用の旨ダレをかけてみると、一段と美味しさがひき立ちます、
豚汁も、大きく切られた大根、牛蒡に人参が、豚肉と味噌汁に相まって絶妙な美味しさです。
だし巻き卵もふんわり焼かれて申し分ありません。
食べ終わるとお腹がいっぱいです。これはリピ決定だなと感じながら店を出ました。
