早起きしてでも食べたい絶品鰻丼
⭐︎鰻丼(上)をいただきました。
店主がオーダーを受けてから
捌いて串うちして焼き上げるまでの
手捌きが早い！
表の通りに面して焼き場があり
見てるだけでよだれが出てきます。
肉厚で弾力があり脂ののった鰻
皮はパリッと焼き上げ
身はふっくらふわふわです。
絶妙な焼きです。
お米はやや硬めでタレがかかっても
べちょべちょにならない。
タレは甘すぎず辛すぎずの絶妙な塩梅
鰻丼は蓋からはみ出すボリュームで
口に入れたらジューシーで鰻の旨味が広がり
自然と笑みがこぼれます。
美味すぎる！
お米､うなぎ､タレとトータルで美味しい。
予約の参考に…
電話予約はNGです。
毎日その日の朝､店頭でその日の分の受け付けをします。
名前と人数を言って指定された時間にお店に戻ります。
早起きは必須です(笑)

昨年2月に再開されてからはお馴染みさんの
会員制で完全予約制になってます。
丼の蓋を開けた時の幸福感！
肉厚で皮はパリッと身はふわっと
変わらず絶妙な焼きです。
ひさしぶりに田代さんの鰻丼を堪能して
大満足です。
