【尾張旭市向町2丁目1-1から移転】 |
年明けの3日となり、ボツボツと飲食店も営業再開してきましたので、家ではやらない揚げ物でもと、ノコノコ尾張旭市までやって来ました。
迎春メニューとして、シャトーブリアンのヒレカツがありましたのでコレを注文しました。
このお店のトンカツは国産の豚肉をサクサクカラリと揚げておりますが、しっとりと身が柔らかく、なんの調味料を付けなくてもほんのりとした塩味とコショーの下味だけで十分に肉の味を楽しむことができます。
個人店なので、手作り感のある温かい佇まいの家庭的な雰囲気も好きです。
今年はチェーン店のトンカツは避けて、
なるべくクセのある個人店を巡りたいと思います。
