At our restaurant, you can enjoy two types of udon: creative udon and Japanese-style udon. They trained in a variety of genres, including Italian Cuisine, French cuisine, and high-end Ryokan, and pursued new forms of udon that leveraged their skills and knowledge. You can enjoy a total of 8 types of creative udon, such as ``Mentaiko Aglio Olio Udon'', which has a distinct taste of mentaiko, and ``Truffle-scented Carbonara Udon'', which tastes like truffles the moment you put it in your mouth. You can enjoy a total of 8 types, including ``Kitsune Udon'' with Japanese soup stock and ``Chicken Dashi Udon'' with chicken soup stock. Both Japanese and chicken stock are carefully made from carefully selected ingredients. Enjoy the complex and delicate taste.
