A udon restaurant with delicious set meals❗
It's been a while since I last visited this restaurant to eat a set meal. I went there around 2pm, so it was quiet. The moment I entered and received the cold water and towel, the waiter said something shocking. (*＾▽＾*) They sold out of fried chicken today. I was disappointed because my goal for today was to have a fried chicken set meal (ＴДＴ) But everything at this restaurant is delicious. I tried a new menu. I had a Ramen set meal. Ramen, rice, and Croquette for 950 yen. Ramen was a soy sauce Ramen with a slightly Japanese-style dashi flavor. The noodles were curly, and the soup was hot until the end. Even though it's a udon restaurant, Ramen was delicious. (*⌒∇⌒*) Next time I'll try the incredibly delicious fried chicken set meal. Thank you for the meal.

Sanpei Udon is a restaurant in Kajita-cho, Obu City, Aichi Prefecture. Using carefully selected flour, bonito stock, and fresh vegetables, we aim to create a taste that can only be found at this restaurant. ◎ Dried Hon-bushi and Mutada-bushi dried bonito, finished as chips (Origin: Makurazaki, Kyushu) These dried Hon-bushi and Mutada-bushi are shaved in one go to a thickness of 1.2 mm and dried in the sun for 5 to 7 days, then cut into chips using a drill grinding machine. The reason we cut them into chips like this is because we put the dried bonito in boiling water to extract all of the original natural, additive-free seasoning inosinic acid, and the aroma and flavor are enhanced by a synergistic effect with the other ingredients to create the shape of chips like this. ◎ Mamuro horse mackerel flakes finished with chips (Origin: Ushibuka City, Kumamoto Prefecture, Kyushu) This Mamuro horse mackerel flakes is also made using the above method. The great thing about muro horse mackerel is its aroma and flavor. Unlike other fishbone, it has no sourness and produces a golden-colored broth with an elegant flavor and aroma. Our store offers our customers an exquisite blend of these two types of fishbone. All the fishbone we use is domestically processed, shaved, and natural, with no additives. |

A taste that my body craves periodically (((o(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)o))) Today I came to eat the deep-fried chicken set meal that I had been looking forward to. It's located in a residential area with not very good transport access, but it's already full. I wrote my name down and waited. I was called immediately and seated in a tatami room. I ordered the deep-fried chicken set meal without even looking at the menu, and while I was waiting, I casually glanced through the menu and noticed that prices had gone up across the board. Can't be helped. Even with the price increase, the deep-fried chicken set meal here is worth eating. The deep-fried chicken set meal here comes with 7-8 pieces of fried chicken, rice, and a mini udon bowl. The fried chicken is seasoned spicy like you'd get at a food stall. It made me want to eat more rice. The mini udon bowl also had the broth and noodles that you'd expect from a udon restaurant. The quantity and taste were excellent. ("⌒∇⌒") Thank you for the meal.
