The menu is changed every two weeks, based on the vegetables available at the local farmer's market, in the owner's own garden, and from nearby farmers that are in season. The original desserts made w
...ith vegetables and fruits are also less sweet, with an aim to bring out the best in the ingredients. The "tofu muffins," which do not contain any animal products, are also recommended. Enjoy the coffee with fair trade coffee from Ecuador, which is grown not in the fields but in the forest.
