The soup is made with carefully selected natural ingredients from all over Japan, giving it a natural taste that is gentle on the body. We don't use any artificial seasonings, and we take the time and
... effort to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, and we make each bowl of ramen with care and soul. I guess that's what I'm particular about... There are only counter seats in the shop, but from the seats you can see the entire Ramen making process, so you can enjoy the live feeling. We aim to create a warm shop where women can easily drop in alone, and where people will remember us and want to come back.
