噂を聞いていたので楽しみにしていきました。
本当に無科調でした。この味を化学調味料なしで出せるなんて結構すごいと思います。
自分は塩、連れは醤油を食べましたが、どちらも優しい味がしました。
確かに化学調味料を入れた方がおいしくはなるんでしょうが、食後の後味がこんなに良いラーメンにはなり得ないでしょう。
味の評価は化学調味料になれた方にはかなり物足りないと感じるのでしょう。実際に一緒に行ったおじさんは最初、薄いと思ったようです。ただ後味がすっきりしていたので、夜もう1杯食いに来れるな！って感想が変わりました。
今度はチャーシュー麺か限定ラーメンですね。
