季節限定の冷やし
週末は朝10時半から営業だけれど、11時前には待機列の行列。葦簀の日よけがあるから待っていても少し楽。目の前を熱中症注意の広報車が通り過ぎます。
順番になって入店。自販機で食券を買うけれど、メニューのバリエーションが豊富で迷います。せめて外の長い待ち時間の間にメニューが見られると良いのにね。
食券買って、また店内のベンチでしばし待機。席が空いて、あらためて案内されて、カウンターで食券を渡してから席へ。番号を呼ばれてカウンターにできた料理を受け取りに行くセルフサービス方式。
醤油正麺は出汁が濃厚。あごの風味がしっかり出てます。
夏の限定冷やしは、あごといっても淡麗というだけあってあっさり。冷たいスープも美味しく一気に。
餃子は皮の表面はぱりぱり、歯ごたえはもっちり。中身はしゃくしゃく。美味しい。
満足。

By car: Take the Chita Bus Tokoname Nambu Line to Tokoname Station and get off at Kariya (approximately 20 minutes). From the bus stop, it's about a 5-minute walk. Buses run every hour or two (see the Chita Bus Company website for details), but be aware that there are no buses at 12:00 (the 1:00pm bus is right at the end of business hours, so I don't recommend it). By foot, it's just over an hour (approximately 5km) from Meitetsu Tokoname Line Tokoname Station or Meitetsu Kawara Line Kamige Station. 4,378 meters from Rinku Tokoname. |

平日の雨の日の昼一番に訪問。こんな町外れなのに、開店と同時に満席。
券売機の種類は多いけれど、会員限定や品切れランプの点いているものも多いので、選択肢はそんなに多くないのに見つけにくいのが難点。常連以外には優しくないレイアウトです。
ランチタイムはライスサービス。さらに雨の日サービスでチャーシュー切り落とし乗せ放題。ただの白ライスがたちまちチャーシュー丼に早変わり。
