かつて南知町に、京都で修業をされ料仙と言うもてなしも素晴らしい日本料理の店があった。私が和食に目覚めてリスペクトした店。
料仙の大将の店と聴いて、期待してウォークイン。カウンターはあるが、ライブ感のある割烹のオープンキッチンと言うより、雑然とした「ヤカタ」の中を見せられた印象と騒々しさ。
昼のランチは、8種類のおばんざいと12種類の中からメインを選んで1350円(税別)。メインを寿司でオーダー。
気になったのは、おばんざいの冷え冷え感。温度から判断すると冷蔵庫で何時間も造り置きされた物。そのため味かが飛んでいる。寿司は、名古屋寿司系の甘いシャリ。見た目は、お得感があるが損をした気分。
オーダーの取り方は笑顔なく事務的、レジもチンタラやって来る。料仙の大将の指導が花板やホールスタッフに行き届いていない印象。今後に期待。
