かつて南知町に、京都で修業をされ料仙と言うもてなしも素晴らしい日本料理の店があった。私が和食に目覚めてリスペクトした店。

料仙の大将の店と聴いて、期待してウォークイン。カウンターはあるが、ライブ感のある割烹のオープンキッチンと言うより、雑然とした「ヤカタ」の中を見せられた印象と騒々しさ。
