I ordered the half course (2,600 yen including tax) at Shimashima. The salad has a rich and sour dressing. Boiled eggs are not particularly salty. Sweet potato chips are also included. The turnip potage soup warmed my body, and I could feel the richness and gentle sweetness of the turnip, and it was very delicious. Two pieces of focaccia and baguette are included. The baguette was cold and I chose a fish dish for my main dish. I heard that it's a Thai pie wrap, but it feels like a spring roll, and it's not crispy, so it's difficult to cut with a knife, and the shape collapses when you eat it, but I wonder if it's because of the creepy stuff inside. The cream sauce is not very strong, but it was nice to be able to taste it without killing the sea bream. Personally, I would be happy if it had a little more richness and flavor... but it was still delicious. The dessert was an upside-down Mont Blanc, meringue, and milk sorbet.The meringue was crispy, the milk sorbet was refreshing, but you could really taste the milk, and the chestnuts on the side were also delicious. I guess I didn't need the berry sauce in the front. If it's for the color, I think chocolate would be a better choice. The tea was also fragrant and delicious. I'm very satisfied with this for 2600 yen. It's great that you don't have to bloat your stomach with pasta!
