We do not make any compromises in the selection of ingredients, which determine the deliciousness of our dishes. We order fresh vegetables, mainly from local sources, and purchase premium seafood such as flat shellfish and Oyster from Himaka Island, a treasure trove of seafood. The meat used is Nishio's proud Oinku pork and Mikawa beef. In addition, we actively handle excellent materials regardless of nationality. All of the soup stock and sauces are made in-house with great effort. You can fully enjoy dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.

"Vin Nature" is a dish that you should definitely enjoy with your meal. This is a natural wine made using methods close to nature, such as organic cultivation, from grape cultivation to winemaking. The taste is surprisingly natural, but the original flavor of the grapes leaves a deep aftertaste. This is a must-try for those who don't like wine. In addition to bottles and glasses, we also offer 3-cup and 5-cup sets recommended for beginners at affordable prices. We offer food and wine pairings.
