Since then, he has been training under Kenichi Chen for 25 years, and is a talented chef who has been working as the head chef for 11 years at Sutsan Restaurants Chen Nagoya branch. Using the authentic techniques we have cultivated and utilizing the best ingredients, we serve a new type of Szechuan Cuisine that can only be enjoyed here.
