カルビランチがお薦め。

9月になっても残暑どころか猛暑の毎日、メチャメチャ安直ですけど此処は一発焼肉だよね~みたいな・・・・。
見れば天火の後の7月末に此方が開店していましたので行ってみる事にしました・・・・、あァ常滑と武豊にも有るのね。
どうやら元は中華店だった店舗、12時前に入店するとこの時点では先客は2組4人ほどでしたが私達の後から次々に来店客が有り結構盛況な店内でした。
注文したのはカルビランチ1000円とミックスランチ1500円(各税込!)、どちらにもサラダにスープと小鉢が付きます。
ミックスは豚ロースにテッちゃん、タンとハラミにカルビでしょうか?、またカルビ定食にも豚ロースが付いていました。
ま、決して下村ほど上質な肉とは言いませんが、上手く熟成させてあるのでしょう、更に厚めにカットされて焼き過ぎる事を防ぐ効果も有ってかそこそこに風味良く食感も滑らかでジュシーな味わいなのです。
ま、個人的にはタンだけはもう少し薄めにカットした方が良いんじゃないかと思いましたけどね。
このランチ、特にカルビランチはボリューム味わい共に正味1000円で食べられる事を考えればCPはかなり高いと言えるのではないでしょうか。

February 18, 2021 I visited this place for the first time in two months, which I had no doubt was the best Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lunch in my territory. After 1 o'clock, there was one group of four customers, and the restaurant was still not very lively. I ordered a kalbi set meal, and when they brought me the kalbi...huh? ? Σ(oдΟ;) If you compare it to the previous photo, it's obvious that it doesn't look like the same meat quality as the previous time. The staff said that there were two types of kalbi, and one was indeed soft and bright red, while the other was hard and duller than before, as if it had been frozen. When I grilled it...the red meat had no significant fat and was less flavorful, and the brownish one was round. It seems that this is the conventional product, which is soft and has a decent flavor when grilled, but it is clearly different from the kalbi from the previous time. I have a strong resistance to calling this the best Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lunch because the ingredients provided are not stable, so I will cancel it as of this time.
