食中酒を標榜する日本酒「敷島」と一緒に食べるつまみは最高でした。
ペアリングの前菜もすてきでしたが、メイン料理のつけ合わせのお野菜がとても美味しかったです。
モクテル（ノンアルカクテル）もすっごく美味しくて、特にスパイシーカルピスは初めて体験する味で、ハマりました。
ディナーはお酒も料理も大変美味しかったです。
酒粕とにんじんの単品も非常に美味しく、合わせてソムリエの方が選んだお酒との組み合わせも良かったです。
