6/21のお昼に行きました。
本当は香嵐渓で遊ぶついでに川安のうなぎを食べに行くつもりでしたが、すごく行列のため
お店を変更して、裏手にあるこちらのお店を利用。
お店は古い民家を利用してあり、風情のある雰囲気です。
頼んだものは、ざるそば800えん（大盛り+400）とねぎ焼きです。
そばは細めにカットされていて、つるつるっとのど越しが良く、美味しかったです。
お店の名前のとおり、塩が置いてあり、塩でも食べましたが、そば粉本来の味が楽しめよいですが、
私はやっぱりおつゆが好きかな。
30代ぐらいの店員は接客が悪く、4人分のお茶もお盆のままドンと置いていき、そばも一箇所にドンと置いていきました。食べ方の説明もなし。（塩で食す方法は、別のおばちゃまの店員が説明しているのを聞いて
知りました）
会計をしたときも「ありがとうございました」の一言もなし。
過度な接客は望みませんが、最低限は欲しいものですね。
