この日は豊田市内でお昼です。
行って来たのは「中国料理 幸華」
豊田市日之出町に有る刀削麺を楽しめるお店です。
刀削麺とは中国山西省名物のコシの強い麺。
小麦粉をこねた後、
専用の包丁で削りながら湯の中に落として茹でる麺です。
お店に着いたのは12時頃。
店内は7分程度のお客の入りでした。
注文はランチメニューからラーメンセット。
９種類のラーメンと御飯物の組み合わせです。
私は豚骨刀削麺に五目チャーハンを合わせました。
食後にはコーヒーまたは杏仁豆腐が付くとの事。
私は杏仁豆腐を選択しました。
注文から8分程で豚骨刀削麺と五目チャーハンが登場。
刀削麺は幅広で端に行くほど薄く波打っています。
噛み応えと、スープの持ち上げの良さを兼ね備えた麺ですね。
刀削麺を食べた回数はそれ程多くは有りませんが、
今まで食べた中ではトップクラスの美味しさです。
美味しい刀削麺に出逢えていなかっただけかも知れませんが…。
五目チャーハンはパラパラ系。
「五目」と言う割に具が少なく寂しいのですが、
味は悪く無いですね。
杏仁豆腐は今一つでした。
サービスとは言え、無くても良いレベル。
ちょっと残念でしたね。
しっかりお腹も膨れました。
刀削麵を求めて再訪も有りだと思います。
